This is a bearish indicator right?

• I've been looking into P2P markets for more than a month now in binance. For the past whole month it was traded at around 89 INR per USDT never below 88.8 INR. In the past week it has reduced to 87 INR per USDT. Looks like a sell pressure.
• Also looking at the BTC/USDT charts the volume has been considerably low and the price is held up in the past few days.

My bet considering the above points is that there is going to be reversal very quickly. What else am I missing and What do you guys think?
