This might be a stupid question but what are the odds that the SEC sees Ethereum as a unregistered security and starts to crackdown? Are we all gonna get clapped?

It felt like I had to borrow, beg, and steal to save up to buy one Ethereum last year. Now it feels like the SEC is on the war path. First they ignored us, then they laughed at us, and now they’re ready to fight us.

If the SEC wanted to bury Crypto for good, I feel like they would just need to try to prove Ethereum is a unregistered security in court to destroy all Altcoins in one foul swoop. How sure are we that the SEC won’t be tempted to go after ETH??
