One thing I have learned during this bear market is to avoid spending my whole day following the charts. I’m in crypto for the long term and I realised it was pointless to spend so much time following the price if it would not affect me in the short term. Since then I have to say that my mental health has improved drastically. Don’t get me wrong, I still check the price now and then, but it takes me a couple of seconds to do so and I don’t even do it everyday.
Despite this, I am still following crypto news everyday and I was wondering if I should decrease daily to weekly news. I don’t spend a lot of time following crypto news (30 min daily max) but I am starting to think that there’s no need to follow the news everyday if I am not trading.
I believe it is important to keep in touch with crypto news especially with adoption/laws/regulations. But I would like to know what is your opinion and if you guys follow crypto news every day or not.
