Timers so long?

Tried P2P commerce on binance first time at this time. I positioned a promote order about 2 hours ago and the timer was like 45minutes. After 30 minutes and no cost I texted the customer however haven't gotten any replies. After the timer ran out one other timer began but this time it's 4 hours! And the customer isn't replying. I can't cancel the order as a result of solely the customer can do it. I tried the help chat however it's simply automated queries. Isn't this manner too much time? I might've made so many trades on another platforms. I know my crypto is in escrow and can return after the time runs out but this just seems like being held hostage for 6 hours.
