This is the most dogshit thing I’ve ever seen in my entire life. For sure Matt Damon, Landing on the moon is exactly like investing in a ponzi scheme.
The most crypto thing ever is the new Matt Damon commercial where they compare themselves to Galileo and Sir Edmund Hillary despite just being a bunch of digital con artists.
Well, for all those clowning on the commercial, I have some truly earth-shattering news. Your life may never be the same. I know this will be a lot to take in, so take a deep breath. Okay, ready?
It's an advert.
I know this is a shock, but it's true. I'm sorry to be the one to tell you this but driving that new car doesn't feel like a great, majestic eagle soaring over an Icelandic glacier. Sleeping on that new mattress doesn't feel like drifting away into a wondrous world of fluffy pink clouds, and that cologne? I'm sorry, but it won't transform you into Chris Hemsworth, Ryan Reynolds, or Brad Pitt. It's almost like all adverts are using a carefully written script, emotive imagery and beloved Hollywood talent to sell you on something that is, for all intents and purposes, just a product. Shocking that crypto.com would stoop to the level of every other company on the face of planet earth.
And for this poor soul:
What really sticks out to me in the Matt Damon “buy crypto now and be a cool explorer” ad is that he never actually went to Mars, that was just a character he played in a movie one time.
We might have to have a long, hard conversation about what actors do and why they get hired for jobs like this...
