Today i lost all my tokens and NFTs

i was phished by one discord user to play with him a known game he sent me a link i downloaded the game installed and no response ( i scanned the exe file before installing it was good no threat) yet what happened when i installed is the pc was infected by whats called a raccoon stealer they got hold of my metamask all assets where drained and accepted the highest offer for all NFTs. Now this 100% my mistake i know and the pain is real. after hours of heavy phycological pain i started trying to clean this shit from my pc without formatting it. i run a scan with malwarbytes it found 4 malware called Neshta.Virus

but i know that antiviruses are ass cant find all threats started searching manually in the registry editor and i found a rat file and deleted that. is this enough ?

or should i

do a format ? is it guarantied to get rid of the infection ?
my metamask is eligible for couple of airdrop also has some staked assets in this wallet what is a safe way to save whats left ?
