Tokenlists for btcrecover (trying to reclaim old blockchain wallet w/10k btc in it)

This is my attempt to crack a wallet from 2015 that I had stopped using and forgotten about but is still containing .50btc.

I figure I have a pretty good chance at logging in again since I feel I know it. So I made like 15 small tokenlists and none worked, so it feels a little like deflating but I know better than to give up so quickly. Basically, I want to figure out how to make a token for a password with the first word I am pretty sure of being token 1, the 2nd part being an either 2 or 4 digits and the last segment being a special character.

I am not sure how to figure out how to make my custom tokenlists. So for the formatting of token lists, Is this a good way to do it?

Or should it be like
Root root
Rootword%2dy Rootword20%2d%y
There's just a lot to dissect with this still. Any input?
