Maybe I'm being a total noob here but what's wrong with using torrents as decentralised storage? Can we not build a chain like IPFS using existing torrent tech. Have nodes as servers which stores torrent files as act as archive. Popular files are already stored on various small sized user nodes. Build tokenomics on top of that. Obviously not the whole current network but specified not "illegal" stuff.
Please point out how much wrong I am here. I am trying to learn.
