Transaction showing "Processing" for the last 4 days

I have tried talking to at least 4 people to see what is wrong with this transaction however nobody is able to provide me with any answers. The issue is that you are never able to talk to a specialist. Its in limbo. It doesnt get cancelled and it doesnt get transferred as well, so what am i supposed to do now ? The agents provide only generic macro sentences and then disappear for hours and hours and there is absolutely no solution. How am i supposed to rely with my money if you guys cannot even solve a single issue ? Case ID #81483617 incase anyone bothers to look at this.... And i also wonder why is it that hard to get into a specialised queue where i can actually speak to someone who knows what i am talking about....
