Transferring crypto

Hi all,

This might be a silly question but I would just like some clarity. If I send eth from binance to crypto.com using the arbitrum one network, is the eth stored on arbitrum one network or stored on crypto.com network? I know cold exchanges are best but it's such a tiny amount!

Arbitrum one network fees are a lot more affordable compared to erc20 but my only concern is arbitrum one network isn't as established and secure as erc20 network and wouldn't want my crypto to get lost even though its so little haha! So I'm just thinking whether the extra fees for some more security might be worth it. I understand there is never 0% risk!

Thanks for the help in advance!
