Transferring Non-Ledger Supported Small Cap Tokens to Ledger:

Unfortunately, I don't have much experience with small cap tokens.

Can I also send tokens that are not directly supported by Ledger to my Ledger without using MetaMask?
I mean i am not sure how to find out if its supported, i just found a list on ledger.com

Let's say I have a token that operates on the Binance Smart Chain; can I simply send the token to my Binance address from my Ledger? And if yes, how can I view it if it's not displayed in Ledger Live? Can I use BSCscan to view it by providing my wallet address?

Sorry, I really have no idea, but I would also like to keep small amounts off the centralized exchange. However, I don't know how to get such a token onto the Ledger.
