Transitioning from Web2 to Web3 as a developer

I am looking for some advice on how to get more involved with Web3. Primarily what types of jobs I should seek out based on the skill set that I have currently. I have done quite a bit of research into the blockchain tech and there are so many opportunities.

I have been a developer/digital strategist for over a decade. Below is kind of where my skill set is:

I am very comfortable with HTML/CSS/PHP/SQL/Bootstrap/Wordpress/jQuery.

My Python is not too bad. I’ve done some automation with Python, built a user scoring system with graphs/gauges and also wrote a few Python scripts that ping live data from sensors/APIs to the cloud via Raspberry Pi.

JS/node.js/React are not something I used a lot but can pick it up pretty quickly.

I started learning Solidity and have written a few very basic smart contracts. Still early in the process.

My non-dev areas of expertise include SEO/SEM/PM/Analytics/Data Visualization. Lastly, I have a lot of experience managing internal/external teams that included a mix of developers, marketing, designers, copywriters, ad agencies and etc.

Are there opportunities where someone with my background could accelerate their learning while on the job?

Most job posts I see require 3+ years of Solidity and a number of other items that someone new to this space would not have.

Any thoughts are welcome!
