Tried bridging ETH from Ethereum Network to Arbitrum Nova using bridge, but ETH never arrived.

So I used bridge.arbitrum.io and MetaMask to bridge a little bit of ETH to Arbitrum Nova to use for gas, but after sitting here for over an hour, I've never received my ETH in my MetaMask on the Arbitrum Nova network. Initially, the website had a countdown timer, but then the page simply refreshed and it was as if I had never started a bridge to begin with.
