Hi all,
I recently set up a Strike account in the UK to DCA some Bitcoin. The account was approved and it’s past the 24hr waiting period. I have also added my bank account, which it says it has successfully accepted.
When I then go in to the deposit section there is no box to select how much £GBP I want to deposit, only an auto buy Bitcoin toggle switch and the bank details for a bank I’m not affiliated with (I can only imagine it’s the bank Strike uses in the UK to receive customer funds).
I have tried deleting my bank details and resubmitting them, but am still having the same problem. I’ve searched elsewhere to try and solve the problem, but can’t find the answer.
Can anyone help?
