Trouble with password reset?

I was logged out of my mobile account randomly one day, and the password I use won't work. So I requested a password reset by entering my phone number, but nothing appears? No text message or anything. I hit the button for voice, still nothing. I have the same problem with email, nothing ever appears in my inbox/spam folder (even though I didn't sign up with email I thought I'd give it a try).

Support never replied to my ticket.

Edit: Does anyone else have this problem? How did you fix it?
