Trouble withdrawing funds

I could use some help. I am based in the US.

I was finally able to access my Binance account, originally created a few years ago. I received a banner notice stating "Service Suspended for users from restricted countries. Now you have X Days to withdraw your funds. Please withdraw as soon, failing which your account will be locked and can't withdraw anymore."

Having said that, I tried converting some of the various coins I own (e.g., XRP) to BTC to then transfer it to my Coinbase account, but then received the following error:

"Unfortunately, we are unable to provide services to users from restricted countries."

If I need to withdraw my funds, but I can't convert them to BTC, what should I do?
