Trying to do taxes and can't get an API from Binance for Koinly -- US-based user -- How can I accomplish this?

I stepped away for a couple years after transferring all of my cryptocurrency out of Binance to Coinbase/various wallets, but in order to get my cost basis for what I sold this past year, I need the trade history from Binance.

Obviously I cannot get verified there since I am a US customer, but I need all my trade information for tax purposes. I VPN'd in order to login, however when I click "Create Tax Report API" I am given this dialog box

"Personal account need to complete the intermediate and above KYC first."

There has to be a way to retrieve the tax info I need.

Any advice? Thanks.
