Trying to get access to my account for the past 6 months

Hey everyone ive been trying to get access to my account for the last 6 months and haven't been able to. I just want to get access back into my account so i can access my cryptocurrency. I don't have the google authenticator code and have tried resetting it last year but whenever i check the progress of it is says request has been submitted and everything. I have the transactions of the sends from my binance account in my email, have reached out to support, made a support ticket but they still don't follow up at all. I would really really really appreciate any help getting back into my account. I have tried reaching out on twitter, instagram, they had a telegram but that stopped working. Now I have no idea how to get access back into it or who to contact to help me get back into it. I would appreciate any help i can get PLEASE!!!
