Unable to Add Bank ACH - Binance.Us

I added my bank via ACH a few months ago. I only had a $1000 daily deposit limit. I saw from Binance.US support on Reddit that removing the payment method and trying to re-add it may increase it to $5000.

So I removed the payment method and tried to re-add it. After doing so, I got a message saying it would make a deposit to my bank account within 24 hours to complete the automatic verification. I received the deposit of 1 cent. The payment method was not automatically added so I tried to add it again. Then I received this message: "You are in a process of automated verification, which shall complete within 24 hours." This message is mentioned in the Binance.US support papers (link) and it says to contact support. This message stopped showing up the next day, but the bank account had still not been added.

Since the method never got added, I tried to add it again. This time, I was able to put all of my information in. This time though it gets to the last step and just sits on the page saying "Authorizing with our servers." I have left it for hours and it never did anything.

Since that didn't work, I also tried adding ACH by using the routing and account number. It fails and says "Internal error occurred. We have been notified about the problem."

I was able to add a separate bank account, so it is only the original account getting stuck. I have tried all of this on the app and website. I have also tried on a different computer. My ticket number is: 1449614.
