Unable to sign in to my Binance account, but I know the password is correct

Hello everyone,

I've recently been unable to sign into my Binance account even though the password is correct. When I try to sign in, a little window will appear claiming incorrect password. After several attempts I just clicked ''forgot password'' but I didn't receive any e-mail from them to reset my password.

Has anybody here encountered this issue and resolved it?

Any help would be appreciated.
