Unfair rejection of Binance, just because I was born in Cuba

u/Binance, u/BinanceExchange I tried to verify myself once with my Cuban documents, because I did not know that they did not provide services to Cubans, and now when I try to verify myself with my Chilean documents, he rejects me because I had previously tried with Cuban documents, what is my fault for being born in Cuba? And are my services denied just for the mere fact of being born in Cuba? If I currently have another nationality and live outside of Cuba? If only I had tried to verify myself with the Chilean documents? They would never have known that I was born in Cuba?
