Unpopular Opinion: If we laugh at Safemoon/Shitcoins holders for dumps, we're no different than the goldbugs or tradfi investors that laugh at us when the market crashes

Shit investment or not, these guys have put in either their or their parent's hard earned money into these things and it always feels bad to lose money. Yes you can say that you've warned them etc but maybe they just had a higher risk profile than others, since meme coins like Doge really set the stage with strong influencers (not just tiktokers/youtubers this time) have supported it.

On the flip side, just think about how you'd feel if someone who got into Doge when it was still below 0.01 shat on your BTC/ETH investments when the market crashed in May while they maintained a 40x. I get that the euphoria for more conservative cryptos are in the air now with ETH/ADA/SOL pumping, but I'm sure we can do better.

TLDR: Don't laugh at others in pain, Schadenfreude never ends well. Also if you must know I personally only invest in large caps but seeing the sub like this makes me sick.

EDIT: To new investors that are considering putting money in coins with returns and tokenomics that are too good to be true, just know that there is a very high chance that a rugpull might happen. If you still choose to invest, then at least it'll be an informed choice
