Unstaking - What are my options?

I've had a little eth staked with Lido on a ledger for the past year or so, I figured with things on the rise I'd try and unstake and get the eth back in my wallet.

At first I tried to request a withdrawal from Lido - wouldn't work, I left some eth in my account when I started staking but apparently it wasn't enough.

Next I figured I'd try and swap using Paraswap in the Ledger app, the process began and it took $65 AUD of eth from account to unlock the STETH then told me I don't have enough to continue the transaction.

I figured I'd bite the bullet and throw a little more ETH in my wallet to cover the gas fee, which it says is going to cost approximately 0.0110 ETH in the trade overview in Paraswap. When I hit the confirm trade button, the gas fee shoots up to 0.045 ETH, close to $300 AUD which I am absolutely not going to be paying for the small amount I'm moving around.

So I scrap that and figure I'll go back to requesting a withdrawal from Lido, I can see that it is giving me a maximum withdrawal fee and it's less than the amount I now have in my wallet - however I still get an error that I don't have enough ETH in my wallet to cover the gas fee.

What are my options here? Whats the most simple and cost effective way to unstake my ETH? Also as an aside - I don't expect to get the money back from Paraswap for unlocking the ETH, but I haven't somehow locked myself into the transaction with them by progressing to this point have I?
