Update on my bank locking me out of online banking - Commbank Australia

Ok so I don't know how to link to my earlier post but you can probably find it

I tried to transfer a lump sum to an exchange that I hadn't used before and my bank refused the transfer, and then locked me out of my NetBanking.

So I called them today because it's been two weeks since they sent me an email saying that they would do a review and get back to me in 5-10 days and I've heard nothing.

Conversation went like this:

Me: Hi I've been locked out of my NetBanking and I need to get access.

Them: Oh ok, was this because of fraudulent activity or a suspicious transaction?

Me:Well it was a transaction which I made which you thought was suspicious. Anyway, that transaction has been reversed, I've already transferred the money from my other bank so it doesn't matter, I just need to get into my banking.

Them: ok, so are you happy for me to ask me some questions about the transaction?

Me: no I'm not, I already answered questions which were unnecessary in the first place. I'm not making that transaction any more, I just need access to my account so I can take my money out and close the account.

Them: well at this point we're not able to unlock your netbanking but you can go to a branch or use phone banking.

Me: I don't have time for that, I've had the transaction reversed, I've been put in time out and I won't do it again, but I need my account unlocked.

Them: at this point I'm not able to unlock your account.

Me: ok fine, what do you want me to say?!

Them: You've said that you're not prepared to answer my questions

Me: I've changed my mind, I'll answer them, what do you want to know?

Them: you said before that you'll tell me what I want to hear so I don't ..

Me: that's not what I said, or that's not what I meant, just ask me the questions

Them: I'm not going to proceed with this today, you can talk to phone banking dept to get your password.

Me: fine, put me through (then got bored waiting and hung up)

Honestly I guess I shot myself in the foot at the start, I should have just gone along with it, but I just find it so ridiculous. All I want to do is get into my account so I can take my money out and close my account with them and they won't even let me do that online. How long am I meant to wait? I bet if I go into a branch they'll make a fuss about it too.

Not sure what responses I'm expecting, just wanted to get it off my chest ????
