Context: With the chaos happening around here, me and girlfriend are trying to cross the border to Romania. Our banks don't seem to work, neither do our credit cards.
I happen to have little money in crypto currency, and I really want to monetize it, it's kind of our only hope. Is there any way I could cash out the crypto without sending it to our bank since our banks are dead? Google is not helping and I could really use some help in this desperate time, links, advice, anything, I'd really really appreciate it.
Also, do i have to convert all my other coins to bitcoin in order to withdraw from ATM? What is the minimum transaction limit in BTC ATMs, I can maybe barely manage to get to 50-60 bucks after conversion, is that going to be too less to withdraw? Can I get in hand cash in these ATMs?
I'm posting this in every sub possible so I can get some help from anywhere, don't mind the spam. Any help is appreciated.

Update on our situation, I felt I needed to, at least to people who helped me and wanted to check up on me.
Turns out I'm not allowed to cross the border, but I'm really happy and relieved that my girlfriend got through. She has been a fighter through all of this, starving, she drove for hours without even complaining, kept calm and been very supportive.
I couldn't thank enough every single one who helped. I could manage to cash our complete crypto, some of it to Revolut Card upto 50eu and some cash, that is going to help her hopefully survive until we figure things out.
Also i'm so glad crypto exists. I could teach her some of it in one night, how she can use it to pay or cash, and it makes me feel calm, even though she is alone in a total different country she has never been to.
As for me, I'm not sure what to do next, I'm going stay here for sometime before deciding, I'm going to wait to hear from her first. It's insane how life can change in a day. We were going on with our lives, we were happy, and suddenly everything changes. Everything, because of one horrible horrible man. Everything is so chaotic, so hurtful, everyone trying to leave our own country, just to survive, young ones not understanding a thing, and constant fear about my parents. We can't believe this is happening to us, even in this age, and I pray no one ever gets to face this.
There is no one to talk to and I really wanted to take out my frustration and pain, so thank you for hearing me, hearing us, supporting us, we need your support, we need Europes support and when I say this, I speak for all of us Ukrainians.
I'm not sure what to do next, going to figure out to gather some food and resources, I will update again some time if possible, if I survive, that is the only plan now. I'm gonna give my girlfriend access to my reddit, please guide her through in case, and if anyone is from Romania. Also, I'm headed to Chernivsti and if anyone is around, please let me know what I can do.
