I did a USD wire transfer to Binance through SWIFT. The amount I received was $20 less than what I was expecting. My bank or Binance didn’t show a fee. Could the “receiving bank”, Signature Bank, have taken a fee? I have searched Binance Support Center for answer, but no luck…
