USDT funds gone missing.

Hi all,

I was doing Futures trades for a while, and at some point I had to verify my ID to keep trading on it. Thing is I am from Australia, and apparently it is now allowed to do Futures here, and now Binance has closed my Futures Account, and all my USDT funds has gone missing as well.

I got in touch with their support and they keep telling me " We are sorry, but we have not located any transaction record in this account. We suggest you to search for other possible Binance account you may have."

Anybody ever experienced this and could help me out? Appreciate.
