Usdt stuck on trust wallet

I have a trust wallet with 10 usdt in it. Neither can transfer nor can swap due to high gas fees. Is there any way to transfer usdt with usdt as gas fees since I don't have eth in my wallet? I don't want to buy 7$ of eth just to swap or transfer 10$ of usdt. I wish I could sell my wallet in exchange of doge. Is there anyway to do something or is it stuck in my wallet? If I am asking something foolish then I am sorry. But I really want to use that usdt in someway. Eth network is really for people having 10k. Fees are so high.
