Use credit card etc to pay someone in Bitcoins

Sorry if this is a really basic question. I tried googling it but only found results on buying bitcoins!

What I'm searching for is a service/website that allows the sender to pay the recipient in Bitcoins but make the payment without having a Bitcoin wallet, just by paying with a credit card or Paypal to the website and the website then takes care of converting it to Bitcoins and sends them to the recipient's wallet.

So basically that someone who doesnt have crypto and doesnt want to create a wallet or buy Bitcoins can still make payments in Bitcoins.
