Using Binance was a fucking mistake

I got into crypto around February and was advised to use binance.us. While I haven't put thousands into crypto like others, I've still got a chunk of it stored there. Now its not letting me pull anything. Everything I've put into this is all there. I've sent tickets- nothing, tweeted them/DMed them as they posted to- nothing yet. I went on the live chat to which they said "oh you're a US user" and instantly just dropped the entire thing. Now I'm seeing all these horrific stories about others completely stuck for far longer.

Binance was a horrible mistake of a platform to use. Once and IF I get my stuff fixed, I will pull everything out and never ever use it again. This is beyond parody at how bad of a business this is
