Using bitcoin, lightning, etc for hosting a short term rental

All, wondering if anybody has successfully incorporated bitcoin or lightning into short term rental hosting or their business in general. I am in the early stages of setting things up and plan to list the property on Airbnb and VRBO this month for April bookings.

I want to make sure I’m complying with govt regulations, taxes etc. which can get complicated. I already have a lot to learn without adding btc to the equation.

This property is in Pensacola beach Florida.
