Verification failed because I have a twin..

I have already sent all requirements needed for intermediate verification, now Binance is telling me there's another verified account (my twin) with similar details even though we clearly look different, have different names and different professions. Binance is now asking me to send a video of us two holding our IDs. Is there an easier way to handle all this without sending a video? My twin lives in a different state at the moment.
