Verification for my account, third time

I've been asked to verify my account for the third time, I've sent all of the necessary documents they have request, my account got approved...again bit I still received emails stating my account will be u verified on a specific date. I messaged customer services and they told me to ignore the email as my account is ok... however it has been unverified again today and they are asking me to provide the exact same documents I did last week. Has anyone else experience this and why?
