I have a dilema.
I am a UK citizen. Opened my account at Binance in 2017/18 whilst in the UK. Verified at the time.
I am now resident in Thailand for 3 years
I am being asked for verification again - no problem with that. However during the verification process it states: Please ensure that your country of residence is consistent with your ID documents.
This is clearly not possible for me. I have UK passport , but Thai address and bank accounts which I will use as residential proof. I'm not a Thai national and therefore do not have a Thai national ID.
Anyone know the process for verification in these kinds of circumstances? I can't be the only one surely?
Thanks for any help.
