Vet Eth chart

I have been studying this chart , it seems that it's going somewhere, is there like harmonized relationship between vet and eth ??? If the price of eth fell, doesn't that mean that chart could show vet going high ?? How far away still from having a new peak on the vet/eth chart ?? And when do you suspect it to happen ?? Does anyone knows some good analysis concerning this chart ??
