Waiting 50 days for Binance Bridge refund

Hello,

I have been waiting 50 days for a refund from Binance Bridge after cancelling a bridge from USDC eth to BSC. Within 2 weeks. I got a response saying I should receive the refund within 48 hours. It didn't come. Sent multiple tickets asking for a update which were mostly ignored over the next 14 days after the previous 2 weeks. 25 days ago I was told my problem had been forwarded to a senior agent and I still haven't heard anything from a senior agent nor received the money. I have asked for an update and the support agent has just said:

​I have already following up in senior about your issue sir.

​Will try to clear it as soon as possible sir.

""

Which isn't really reassuring since its already been 50 days.

Binance Bridge is also closing on the 25th and the current support agent has not confirmed if Binance Bridge support itself will also close so I have no way of knowing if I will have anyway to contact support after.
