Waiting ~6 months for Swipe/Binance card refund, be careful before making large purchases

I will try to keep this short

I have had no luck with Swipe support, I created a ticket in late march after waiting since mid-january for three refunds amounting to ~€6000. After providing information regarding the transfer of money from the payment processor to swipes bank account in early april, the issue was "escalated" to the technical team at Swipe. I have tried contacting support multiple times on different platforms, but get the same nonsense, its been "escalated".

I am starting to suspect that Swipe are not acting in good faith, and I would like to warn potential card owners that making large purchases might not be safe if you are not sure you will go through with it and keep the goods.
