I currently have >100 peers connected to my node, not even 15% of them are 0.21.1 core nodes.
That's way too low and doesn't give the proper signal to miners, it doesn't incentivizes them to mine taproot ready blocks.
The network dictates the rules to the miners, if users actually want to see taproot coming ASAP, they have to show it to pressure mining pools to upgrade.
So please upgrade your nodes to 0.21.1
