Warning : if u r holding btc in binance account and don't use frequently than remove it now

I m having account in binance from 2018 n had a fully verified account When I transfer more than 13k $ worth btc in binance last month and try to login in binance after 20 days its not signing when I contact customer support they are telling I don't have any account with that email and when I submitted evidence of having a account in it with that email they told me that they will contact us still waiting for there response
