(1) buy trezor / ledger

(2) convert all shit coins to btc.

(3) remove coins from exchange to trezor / ledger

(4) disable notifications on phone for all crypto apps

(5) order 600 zopiclone tablets to induce hibernation

(6) come back in 600 days

(7) buy bitcoin with the fiat you saved during hibernation

(8) wait for new ATH,

(9) sell btc.

Here’s what to do if you’re not freaked out:

(1) follow steps 1 to 3 above

(4) dca regularly for next 1-2 years

(5) see above steps 8 and 9.

Here’s WHAT NOT to do:

(1) sell at a loss

(2) keep watching the charts

(3) keep reading all the negative news and depress yourself. There is literally nothing to be gained gazing at the charts all day during this climate. All you will do is fuck with your mental health.

Edit: I also wish to clarify, a lot of people are pissed off at the moment, including me, that doesn’t mean they are over invested- it’s more the thought of “I could have bought a nice new car or went on extra holidays if I sold…” don’t kick people when they’re down.
