What about crypto bums you out the most?

Crypto has a lot of cool features. The tech IMO is undeniable and if you put the FUD aside you can see through the smoke and mirrors that there are very legitimate use cases for it and its only a mtter of time before governments and institutions capitulate to the technology. Its inevitable.

That said crytpo has many downfalls as well from CEX scandals. People over leveraging, impermanent loss, Governments and politicians threatening harsh regulation, Energy concerns with mining, people making bad investments, lost seeds and so on but for me the worse thing that can happen. Crypto's biggest downfall is the potential of loss funds due to a smart contract exploitation. Imagine not checking your balance for a month only to open your wallet and find it was drained by some jerk off two weeks ago. All gone. Every coin, token and NFT. You follow the trail and see it has now ran off to multiple addresses and funneled out via some foreign exchange.

This is cryptos main weakness. This is every non user or noobs biggest turn off about crypto and every users worst nightmare. It has happened to so many and we will continue to hear this for the next few years. Crypto devs must fix this but sadly its not easy. You may have signed a contract months ago and if you haven't revoked the transaction you may be victim of full loss. Seems unfair but sadly this is a current reality and major problem crytpo and us the users face.

Wanted to get your thoughts on this. Do you agree with me that this should be of the highest priority for devs to fix. Mass adoption may or may not arrive but if this ins't fixed by that time many won't stick around. This I assure you.
