What are the best privacy options for ETH at the moment?

I'd like to set up a privacy wallet again; keeping addresses separate manually is too easy to fuck up. What are my options now, and what are projects coming out soon?

- I know there are TC community mirrors on new contracts, but it seems to be a gray area at best, and any mirror that gets too big would again be immediately listed, so I am staying away.

- I've looked into Railgun but can't find much on it, the desktop app it has for download is closed source, and I'm not sure what domains for it are legitimate. Can someone confirm which one(s) are safe to use?
