What DEX do you use and why?

With all the FUD on CEX, I've been moving most my coins to hot/cold wallets and to be perfectly honest I've not really used a DEX (except for FIN on Kujira) as I usually just do swaps eg on uniswap, osmosis etc and then move them to my cold wallet.

The reason why I still used CEX like Kucoin is usually for the cheap-ish transfer fees so like if I buy and accumulate 10 ETH I can send maybe 1 to ARB, 1 to AVAX etc for defi and the rest as native to my ledger etc, and also it's easier and cheaper to buy some smaller altcoins on CEX with less slippage. Am I able to do that on a DEX as well? Which are some of the best DEX you use and recommend?

Edit: any DEX that you can place limit orders etc via order book instead of direct swaps? And best if it can cross ecosystem eg I buy on that platform and I can send it across to ETH or arb or avax etc
