What do you think about NFT projects in crypto?

I read a lot about NFTs, but most often it confuses me that they actually do not carry value for their owner. What do you think about it?For my mind there are a lot of boring projects on the NFT market now, but I read about Zamio NFT TrillioHeirs

Seems that Zamio is quite intresting project. Guys create a hybrid on-chain CeFi&DeFi ecosystem that bridges real capital to blockchain. At the center of the ecosystem is the $ZAM token.

Right now Zamio announced the release of the NFT collection TrillioHeirs, ZAM.DAO, Zamio Ventures, and Zamio Incubator. But the coolest thing is ZAMpad. As I understand it, NFT will give access precisely within the entire Zamio system, but it is not very clear when the actual start of sales will be and what exactly I will get in the end.
