What do you want to see from Crypto Regulation?

As the title says. Assume regulation is happening. Look at my name, I'm no more enthused about it than many others. But for the sake of the question, what is important for you when it comes to regulations?

An example: I'm personally kicking around the idea of PoW farms providing their own electricity, or contributing excessively to the grid. I'm a bit sour about a local bitcoin farm getting energy for cheaper than the rest of the city.

Don't take my example as a reason to downvote if you don't like it, roast me in the comments if you want! I'm really just curious what others have to say, and want from legislators.
