I'm curious to see what good and bad habits everyone here has developed after being in the crypto?
I have developed more bad habits than good ones.
Bad habits -
Sleeping late at night ( checking charts )
Not spending much time with family
Stopped exercising ( lost motivation idk why ), taking too much stress, effecting my overall health, and having nightmares about portfolio losing value or losing my crypto wallet.
Good habits I have adopted -
Started saving money and DCA into Crypto and sometimes stocks, and spend cash on necessary stuff only.
Reading economic/business related news daily which makes me more aware of everything happening around the world and therefore I can prepare better for the future.
