what is my best course of action here?

new to this stuff. i was given some bitcoin from a streamer and had no idea how to get a wallet. i was stressed and felt i was running out of time to give them a wallet to send to. then i noticed that they give people a proof link of what they sent to them. they used blockchain,com and now learning a bit more, it seems i have made a mistake judging by what people have to say about that site.

so what should i do? i have not done anything yet as i am scared of messing up more lol.
do i try to send my bitcoin some where else? do i sell there and try to get my money? and how exactly? i'm very lost. i got the bitcoin around end of june and left it alone cause of how stressed and anxious it made me.
