What is the single worst piece of advice you ever heard or received when it comes to cryptocurrencies?

I often see sentences, tips and tricks on crypto communities (some of those are really cringe to be honest) saying buy and HODL, just wait etc.

For me, someone saying "just buy and HOLD" is giving you one of the worst advices - because point is being missed. If you buy some shitcoin and hold some shitcoin at the end you will end up with shitcoin bag worth nothing in your hands.

However, if someone says "I bought this coin because it does that, it has those partnerships, tokenomics is good, market cap is small, it has a great team, great project" is totally different and it makes you check that coin that was talked about.
