I am still in the learning fase and new to crypto, trying to learn as much as possible. While doing some research and trying to understand about Ethereum I stumbled upon multiple wallets like this one:

As you can see, on a regular basis a transaction comes in, than for every transaction within seconds a (near) zero transaction is done with a TXN fee as high as the incoming Eth, keeping the balance up to zero.
Those who know what this is, could you explain me? Also where do the TXN fees go in this case?
(Act like I am an ignorant grandma because as I said, at this point I still don't have much knowledge)
