What Makes A Moon Whale?

I still see this getting asked in the daily and I think ccmoons.com breaks this down pretty whale.

Leviathan (500,000+)

The Leviathans are rare and legendary creatures, outside of TheMoonDistribution account, only 7 of them exist and they are mainly made of mods. According to St. Thomas Aquinas the "Leviathan" is a demon that represents "Envy" which I feel is fitting since many of us envy the Leviathans.

Blue Whale (250,000-499,999)

A blue whale might not be as powerful as the Leviathan, but they are more rare. There are only 4 users in this category, 3 of them being mods. Many users would argue that the Leviathans and Blue Whales are the only true whales, but thats not true...

Humpback Whale (100,000-249,000)

At the moment there are only 10 Humpback Whales here. About half are Mods and the rest are active users on this sub. When you realize theres only about 7 or 8 non mod users who have more than 100k, I think ccmoons is on the money of considering people in this range as whales.

Sharks (50,000 - 99,999)

Sharks are at the cusp of becoming Whales, but they're technically not whales. You may think theres a lot of sharks but you're likely seeing the same group of people over and over again because only 38 users here are sharks.

Narwhal (10,000 - 49,999)

Narwhals IRL are technically whales, but considering they're below the shark thats not a whale, it seems like we're considering Narwhal more as a dolphin than a whale. There are 355 Narwhals in this sub. That means that outside the mods, only around 400 users actually hodl 10k+ moons in their vault. This speaks volumes of how early we actually are.

Swordfish (5,000-9,999)

I myself hope to be a swordfish soon. There are currently 470 Swordfish. Thats 53 more users than Narwhals, Sharks, & Whales combined. It might not be as rare as the others, but these fish hodl a respectable amount when you consider how little users hodl more than this.

Turtle (1,000-4,999)

I like turtles.

Crab (100-999)

Theres 2 types of crabs, ones that rarely post but still do their due dillegence in collecting their moons and ones who are grinding to be turtles but have only gone through a couple distrubitions. At the moment theres 14050 crabby users.

Minnow (0-99)

Minnows are users who are just now getting their feets wet. 57535 minnows are swimming amongst us. Seems like a lot but that is only 1.74% of the subscribers of this sub.
